No Refunds / No Exchanges Policy

At Porcelain's Elixir, all products are carefully handcrafted and inspected prior to shipment. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed.

Damaged or Broken Items

If your order arrives damaged or broken, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same product.

To be eligible for an exchange:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging must be provided
The item must have been damaged during transit

Once approved, a replacement will be issued. Refunds will not be provided.

Porcelain's Elixir is Not Responsible For:

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Delays caused by the carrier
Allergic reactions or sensitivities (please review ingredients and patch test before use)
